Reminders for demotivated study time

A reminder, a motivation to keep on moving, keep on thriving!

On a gloomy rainy day or during a boiling hot day, we often find ourselves lagging behind our destined set of goals. Losing motivation, and finding easy distractions otherwise, our phones get the job best done. It’s not easy every day to be full of aspirations, a thriving attitude and energy to achieve what you set for yourself. However, it can’t be overly challenging either. With some worthy reminders, efforts and motivation one may have a fulfilling day.

These are the reminder I give to myself when can’t seem to have a worthy day. It made a difference for me, hope it does the same for you!

Little by little
Rushing into achieving goals will never give you a satisfactory result, especially on your lazy days. It’s better to break it down and set tiny goals which are easily achievable. Such conduct of progress engulfs a sense of satisfaction when you expected yourself to give a regretful day. At first, you might face barriers but once you are in action, ideas, motivation, and consistency, everything will be on your way. Just start little by little.

Count your blessings!
Never forget to remind yourself how blessed you are to be surrounded by 24×7 access to knowledge. From various techno tools to unlimited access to ebooks, we have an abundance beyond our expectations. Try to ensure a meaningful utilization of these resources and your privileges.

Seek aid if needed, reach out for guidance
In our pursuit of success, we may often encounter directionless moments. During such times, it is wise to seek out for much-needed guidance and support. From your teachers, YouTube, counsellors, friends or anyone. It can help you gain a new perspective, shared expertise and sometimes even emotional support.

Be realistic
Let’s face it, every time we try to take a step forward towards a change, the first thing most of us do is grab a notepad and a pen and expect it to change our lives. Making a to-do list with thousands of goals to achieve in a matter of time. Whereas, the journey is way different than what our notepad says. Try to set more realistic goals for yourself. Don’t expect to become Messi on your first goal. Although, it is possible, but not realistic. There’s a long mile to run and even more goals to hit.

Nothing valuable comes without a challenge
It is not easy and accept it, it is not going to be easy. You will need to burn the midnight oil for months maybe for years. From ‘little by little’, you will reach to achieving the bigger goal. From one hour a day to ten hours or more than that. The journey is not going to be a beautiful road trip with friends, but the destination will be worth your every mile.

Trust the process, consistency is the bridge to your desires
If at any point you find yourself losing hope or giving up, try to remember why you started the journey at first. If you give up now, there would be hardly a comeback. The road might seem long but it is exactly what you need to reach your destination. Keep your faith alive, in yourself, in the process.

The start and end of your day
Try to begin your day with desire and motivation. Spend your day working hard to meet them and end with a sense of achievement and satisfaction. How you begin your day majorly affects how you will spend the rest of it. Try to make it worthwhile. Strive to make yourself proud, reward yourself for your every now and then, conquer your fear of failure and keep faith believe in your abilities. Everything that you want is right in front of you all you need is to take charge and reach towards it with your blood and sweat.

Moreover, always remember, it won’t be a walk in the park.
