In my mind constantly raising the questions of which way he is fit with body and sharp with the mentality

One day, I just asked him about my curiosity, about his secret of his, How can he manage all things in a busy schedule at the age of seventy-nine??

He smiles at me and answers me “Punctuality of time”. With Punctuality of time, everyone can spend a quality life.

He described to me his schedule for the day.

wake-up Early in the morning before sunrise then thanks god for one more day. Every single work of ours to do ourselves like as soon as wake up make the bed systematically and after that go for a walk after walking read the daily newspaper for current affairs. daily one apple should be eaten next taking a bath and performing worship of god.

A list of the day’s work should be penned in the do list with juncture.

Dispose of all work within the time. engage yourself in your office work with fully honestly and don’t leave any pendency for the next day rather prior preparation should be accomplished for the next day. You should be involved in your work with full engrossed by which to develop concentration. All this makes your mind sharp and expands your intelligence quotient.

For health, walking early in the morning and strolling in the evening. Take simple food with green vegetables and little food for a long and healthy life.
